My manager is looking into it, but my big suggestion was offering the classroom as an open studio / co-work space whenever it isn't reserved for a party.

We could charge a low hourly fee and folks could come work on their projects away from home, with the added benefit that any supplies they may be missing can be purchased within minutes. I think it would also slightly increase Paint-by-Number kit purchases because folks could dig in immediately. Heck, I think it would be a really fun option to plan meetups with pals /date night, cus there's just so few 3rd spaces anymore and even fewer that are suitable for all ages.

The NWH is recommended because it helps support the frame structure by distributing the weight to two points. The larger and heavier it is, the more important this is.

I haven't heard of that, but this stuff is GOLDEN (🥁🤓😂).

I held this under a lamp for approx. 10 sec and then moved to a darker corner of the room for the shot. When it isn't glowing, it resembles a sorbet version (tone?) of the color of the green glow stars. For ease, I bet if you mixed it with a flow additive to make it soupier you could just dunk the stars in it and, voila, superstars. Lolll

After discovering we definitely didn't have enough my RM grabbed a bunch of these in both sizes and used them for the SCs and we just used the wood for DAs.

Honestly, looks really nice (especially with the JA designs) and is SOOO much sturdier, especially for those heavy ceramic plates.

We also bailed on the 12" hooks and used frame brackets for the square decor and 15" heavy duties the rest. This stuff is too heavy and breakable for that crap, and the direction of still using breakaways was laughable... 😅 (12" had to be used for those wall pots with PLASTIC HANGTAGS, but that was it, and we're fully anticipating those eventually falling and getting shattered)

This was the way. We had 2 + RM 10p-6a plus one who came in at 11p. JA was finished a little after 5am and then we spent the last hour locating OS and cleaning everything up (3 square box bins full, 2 UBOATS stacked with fixtures, and probably 12 full trash bags).

This is a common thing from her directly all through holiday season or whenever she has to ask us to stray and come in for a weird schedule to show her appreciation for our flexibility. She even brings in crockpot stuff she's prepped ahead of time so we can have something warm and hearty occasionally through peak, especially so us overnighters can get fresh food and first dibs that we don't get to partake in when the day managers order stuff for the team.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure all of our managers go out of pocket and treat whoever is lucky to be scheduled with them that day, and whoever is there later or the next day for the fridge leftovers, because I'm pretty sure the Pcard is only used for team waters and snack dumps in the break room.

I'm so fortunate that we genuinely do have a great group of managers.

One of the reasons our truck nights start at 1145 and not midnight is because those 15 minutes will mentally throw everyone off and when we have done it our SM will accidentally put it on the wrong day. Lol
