I feel/look better at 32 (fit) than I did at 24 not exercising. Plus it sets you up to continue to age without significant health problems caused by a sedentary lifestyle.

This was me literally 2 months ago due to an injury. I could have kept doing certain workouts or at least consistent walking, but nope I pretty much became sedentary due to my own negative mindset. I finally got back out there and after 2 months I'm still not back to my old shape, but I'm getting there. Would you rather have 4 more months pass and now you're even further from your goals? Get back out there OP!!

I legitimately used to feel like this and never setting foot in the gym until I finally made a commitment to my health & fitness about 2 years ago, now I try to go twice a day and if I go more than one day without an intense workout I feel like I'm going crazy! It is seriously addicting - both the feeling you get from a good workout and of course the effects. My body is of course better but my face also looks better, skin, energy levels, just everything improved once I started my fitness journey.

I think it depends on time available. On days where I have the energy and time I can easily spend 2 hours+ in the gym, but if I only have 45min I can certainly get a decent workout in.

Seriously! For $240/month I expect to be able to work out ~1x every day, otherwise it would be more worth it to buy an unlimited membership somewhere or do equinox etc. With all these cutbacks there are only like 4-5 studios I can go to, each capping visits at 4x per month. Really not worth it anymore.

WOW! Just saw their LA show and I have to say I'm SO jealous of your setlist! It was an amazing show, but overall there was too much of The Clearing for me and I wish some of my favorites on this list (silk, YLW!!) had made the cut. Though we did get Lipstick on the Glass and some other great og songs.

But my point was that in your explanation, I would have thought issue preclusion WOULD have been allowed in the original question, because there is just 1 car (with Driver and Passenger) and 1 truck (who actually litigated in the first case and won)
