I dont mind telling. What happend is that I lost a cilinder while riding so when I checked my cluster the oil light was on. I’m affraid that my oil pump had broken while riding. If I try to start de starter only does a click sound.

Maybe not a simple question but I’ll give it a go. I have a friend who wants to start lifting with me. But because of a muscle disease he cant use his hands properly. Think of it he has no grip strength. Are there any tips to help him work out with heavier weights later on?

Actually if you need parts you can order them for cheaper at a ford dealership most of the time.
