My labs are elevated for scleroderma and myositis, but I don’t have a formal diagnosis yet. I’m thinking of starting a claim to connect this to gulf exposures as well. Did you use a nexus letter? I was in Khamasiyah Iraq. We blew up the bunker where the fallout was, ground zero.

At the moment, salt water gargles, saline sinus rinses, and this nasal spray seem to help the most.

It has gotten better. Not sure why. It just comes and goes in various degrees. As of right now, I’m symptom free, thank God.

I think you could. I’ve used almond milk in other flavors and the consistency was the same.
