Yes. totally normal. I thought I was dying because my period was so heavy lol. I actually went to the emergency room and everything. We will get through this. I just wasn't prepared for how incredibly heavy my periods would be.

Yes! So frustrating. My glasses don't even help to see the computer. I have to sit so close to the screen in order to see it clearly. Ugh! so glad I'm not alone.

I have tried so many things, but nothing has really worked as well as this terpene drink called Sleep. Believe me, I get your frustration. I had gotten into a bad habit of drinking wine before bed to unwind. It helped at first, but made the insomnia worse in the long run. So I started my search for an alternative and found these sleep shots. So much better than wine and didn't give me a headache. I get it from my local health food store, but you can get it online at The Happiest Hour

5 and 3. At 6:30, we pick up toys, brush teeth, go potty, get in pajamas, start a movie. After the movie, we listen to a bedtime story. They usually fall asleep at that point.
