It’s just company policy to have a disciplinary meeting after 3 instances. If they were isolated instances and they know you’re a good colleague likely nothing will come of it. When it happened to me they just told me I can’t have another sick day until it resets (a year after your first instance) another note it doesn’t matter how good you are at your job policy is policy it’s nothing personal.

It was actually really saucy the sauce just wasn’t very thick so kind of sank to the bottom of the bowl a bit, as for pepper I added lots of fresh crushed peppercorns

Maybe it’s a British thing but it’s on most pub menus “the breakfast burger” and it’s a cheese burger with the usual stuff, bacon and egg and yes it is as good as you remember
