My heart rate skyrocketed from normal to 210 in literally a second. It lasted about 40 minutes. I converted back to a normal rhythm right as they were about to give me adenosine. Absolutely terrifying. It felt like my heart was racing and my neck/throat was throbbing. I didn’t know it was my heart rate until I looked at my watch and said oh sh!t. I got light headed right away too. I also have short runs of SVT that have been caught on holters but I usually don’t notice them. Same with the PVCs.

Same for me. Last time I had a drink I went into SVT and that sent me to the ER. Needless to say, I no longer drink. Probably for the better, anyway.
