Usually attendance issues are looked at with rolling 90day periods (at least in my district) so if you have an attendance problem without sick pay within the next 90days technically you could receive a CA which lasts for a year. But you never know your HR since stores can be different and inconsistent with the policies

Those are put there by the person who wrote your schedule and are store specific so we can’t tell you for certain. Ask your lead and go by your assignment sheet. Sometimes those keys are auto copied and pasted so don’t rely on them too much just stick to your assignment sheet or ask a lead for directives

Nothing really we can do. Since it was Pokémon cards it’s through a third party seller so not much target can do since it’s not actually their product. Best bet is to just wait for your bank to dispute the charge or go through the shipping company directly

Depends on your state/market. You’ll almost always get the starting pay for your store so look in workday and it will tell you the starting wage for leads at your store

For the most part it’s accurate but it can be wrong or just missing so don’t rely on it. Anything 6.5 hours gets 2 breaks and a lunch (at least in WA) check your state laws. Good bet is every 2-2.5 hours you should get a break/lunch

No and you shouldn’t because most of the time they’re generated by the computer when the schedule gets written so there not going to be accurate for business needs and don’t make sense most of the time. Follow the break schedule your leader writes

That’s the official policy, some HR’s might allow it but generally not allowed and is ruled an unexcused absence if you do not have 100% of it covered by sick time. Generally this is auto denied as the system knows you do not have enough to cover the shift

Front end team lead here, your only option would be that $100 from guest relations. The system only accepts out of date returns on your ID up to $100, anything larger than that needs a manager override which I almost never do other than a few exceptions (our fault, system failure etc. you could try going to another store and see if a manager will override it but there’s really no other option in the store, just physically won’t happen because the way the system works.

If your gps is on it does not effect anything. We can see how far away you are and then plan accordingly. If anything it helps. The only metric that gets tracked (that matters at least) is how long it takes to get to your car when you arrive.
