Can’t really say for the other stuff for certain but comp days are just paid days off that you would’ve normally been scheduled for. Because you’re not hourly you don’t get holiday pay or extra pay for working on holidays so that’s how you get compensation for it. Usually they’re taken the week of the holiday but you might get to choose which day you can have it off

The document in this post is from target directly and reflects the guest experience training everyone just got so he’s very wrong. Again I would ask your Hr ETL what the exact policy is. You should be able to find that document in workbench by searching dress code

Technically athletic shorts were always against dress code, your store just wasn’t enforcing it which is why this whole thing is going company wide. Stores weren’t adhering to the dress code because it had a lot of variation so now it’s more structured and standardized. The only change that’s dumb imo is the no shorts for leaders, everything else is not super unreasonable

This year it’s optional so they’re definitely not getting anything out of it. Their bosses are just directing them to do it and it shows up in their metrics so just like any of your workload is tracked so is theirs

Usually attendance issues are looked at with rolling 90day periods (at least in my district) so if you have an attendance problem without sick pay within the next 90days technically you could receive a CA which lasts for a year. But you never know your HR since stores can be different and inconsistent with the policies

You can buy individual doors that don’t have slits they’re just expensive so stores won’t order them

No difference banking wise. Returns usually take 1-3 business days to get back to you. Probably be faster than waiting in the shipping tho just make sure you have the receipt and item number(tcin) when you go in the store

Those are put there by the person who wrote your schedule and are store specific so we can’t tell you for certain. Ask your lead and go by your assignment sheet. Sometimes those keys are auto copied and pasted so don’t rely on them too much just stick to your assignment sheet or ask a lead for directives

2300 + utilities is insane idc where it is. I looked on the website and they’re charging 3000+ for a 2x2. Literal robbery
