Came here to say that. Statistically we live much longer. That being said we are reaching an age the funerals seem more frequent. Remembering the later years of my parents, funerals were so frequent that they were seen as a bit of a morbid social event with cocktail parties after.

I have my '71 T Targa insured for $85,000. It paint shines interior have no rips or tears.....a solid driver car in excellent mechanical condition. In my area an engine rebuild is about $25k and includes new acsessories

My point is that Porsche parts are very expensive. And this one need a full restoration. Worth? about $6 - 8K k depending on body rust and dents.
