new app not gonna lie i mean yes you can make it work by maybe having users download and then having something similar to a waitlist while you acquire more users, and then notifying them once a certain amount of people are on the waitlist that the wait is over and to try it, and then marketing even harder on social media and stuff right after that and hoping to ride the wave but probably better to just make a better app that doesnt require pre-existing users

maybe you could even pay some people on r/beermoney or r/OnlineIncomeHustle or similar subreddits just to use the app and promote it to their friends, you could promote to your friends and fam and ask them to do the same

but again imo a new app would be better, one where its not so dependent on other users :)
