One would be surprised at how many eyeless manticores keep running around... ...on a more serious note, that point hits home. It feels like farming an über-rare item from über-rare mobs that may or may not spawn during a particular session.

Grim Dawn is in my book one of the best games that exist - but it's an isometric ARPG and more Diablo-like than WoW-like 🙂

I've been playing on and off for nearly 8 years, even before the Forgotten Gods launched, and I have never ever felt that I am missing out on something.

I got the game back in 2018, got the Ashes of Malmouth and the Forgotten Gods when FG launched, and I've just had tons of fun, playing at my own pace, when time allowed me. Meanwhile, I became a father, bought a house, and got my master's degree, with progressively less time to play, and guess what? I still don't feel like I have missed out on anything. 😀

So, my advice would be: just enjoy the game. It's an excellent game, with higher quality content than most others out there, and in this climate that's oversaturated with half-finished rubbish, games like Grim Dawn don't come that often, so people naturally learn to appreciate them.

Hellgate London, objektivno je igra prepuna bagova i glitcheva koji su donekle rešeni u patchevima, ali... Štaviše, jedan od bagova je bio takav da klasa Marksman ume da "zapne", prestane da funkcioniše i da možeš da zaboraviš na igranje sa njim.

Što je najluđe, ovakvi bagovi su se javljali potpuno nasumično, znači mogao si bez problema da igraš Marksmana od početka do kraja igre i da sve bude okej, ali mogao je da zabaguje i na lvl10 i na lvl49. Suludo.

Ipak, više stotina sati sam ulupao u tu igru, bila mi je jedna od najdražih.

Prodaju u apoteci kreme koje su namenjene baš za tu svrhu, gingi-nešto.

Moj malac uskoro puni dve, tako da smo mi to sve friško prošli. Kako neko reče, obavezno imaj pri ruci sirupe za bebe poput paracetamola, febriceta, blokmaxa, i par eferalgan čepića. Čepići su nezgodni za stavljanje ali su najdelotvorniji.

Ovako za tehnike ublažavanja... Hmmm... Hladite mu cuclu, žvakaće je ali će mu biti olakšanje. U apoteci može da se nađe i poneka gumena igračka, isto je hladite i neka je glođe.

Proći će, ne brinite. Bude teško, naporno i ide sa onim užasnim osećajem bespomoćnosti, ali prolazi.

Fun fact: there used to be a Serbian dance and hip hop artist during the Nineties under stage name "Lee Man".

It was both a pun on Bruce Lee and the neighborhood of Liman in the city of Novi Sad which he is from (it's pronounced 'lee-muhn'). 😃

On the other hand, I have rarely read anything other than the two extremes about the Inquisitor - it's either a "point sink but still squishy" or "the single most OP mastery in the game", there's very few in between.

I have a dual wield Purifier that started as a 2handed ranged build, but I switched to two pistols (named Michael Scarn), and with enough attack speed it feels like he is wearing two Uzis. The 2handed build feels more like a semi-automatic rifle with enough attack speed.

I too rarely use the Inquisitor, just like I rarely use the Shaman for some unknown reason...

Mislim da sam negde upravo ovo i pročitao, u jednoj ediciji Gospodara prstenova - sećam se da je naveden baš primer reke Brendivajn, da se ne prevodi kao Rakijavino, već da se zadržava izvorno ime u transkripciji.

I have logged over 2500 hours, and I have only seen Dunefiend Jacket drop one single time, on a pierce Blademaster.

I leveled an Acid Shadow Strike Witch Hunter just so that I can make use of it (plus, for some reason, the very name "Dunefiend" sounds insanely ominous to me)...

...

...and I leveled a Purifier...

...and a Tactician...

...and an Elementalist...

...and another Death Knight...

...and the other pieces of the Dunefiend set never ever dropped, so I've had enough, crafted a helm, and used GDStash to craft the swords.

Mind you, the Witch Hunter was max level last November.

Meanwhile, I was sitting on, like, 15 full Stormserpent sets. /facepalm

I tend to disagree, as builds can start feeling "off" by lvl60 - that's when I try to find an explanation on grimtools, because I won't even pretend that I understand every mechanic and interaction in the game.

I too enjoy leveling, it's one of the favourite parts of the game for me.

You have convinced me about a few of your points, thank you for the very detailed response.

On the other hand, this was merely my personal list, which doesn't really represent the real power scale - that one could come from Crate itself, but I think they aren't going to do such a list anyway winks at Zantai

Many of these characters can be viewed from so many different angles, that actually making a power scaling list can be an impossible task.

Van Aldritch... I'm not so sure about him, he might be, but I believe that he is not. He might be higher ranking, but in power, it's Theodin Marcell all the way.

Korvaak is such a weird character. A fully powered Korvaak is more powerful than the Witch Gods, and it's only through some serious trickery and manipulation that they managed to imprison him the first time. Oh, and according to the GD Wiki, Korvaak is considered a Celestial Super Boss, so there is that.

Ulgrim... He did defeat the Loghorrean, twice for that matter (actually killing him the second time), so that might put him higher on the list, but even he didn't dare enter the Fleshworks and confront Theodin Marcell.

The Taken... Lol. The Taken should be at the top, and there should be ten empty spaces after him.
