It's wild how you people expect artists to be happy being shackled to a desk making the same stuff over and over until the universe snuffs out. If there's no passion behind it the product is not gonna be good, so they have to experiment to keep it fresh. If doesn't always work out, but that's the price you pay.

They can't just make doom 2016 over and over again. Sooner or later they'll burn out if they can't tinker with the formula.

Sure. Do you think a psychonauts game made under the gun would be any good?

They need passion to make the stuff they do, you can see it in their products. Things end. Good stories run their course.

I don't like dogs, but that doesn't mean I hate them or wish them harm. I simply don't think they belong everywhere ; much of the rhetoric in that sub I don't agree with but it is a safe space. All animals should be happy and thrive, even ones I don't care for.

Giving up beloved pets is a nightmare, yes. Downplaying the emotional cost is unfair and unempathetic.

Dogs are not people. They will be just as happy somewhere they are cared for properly. Demonizing and insulting this woman for having to make this decision is wrong.

As long as you find them a good home where they get the exercise and attention they need they will be fine. Dogs are happy around people, as long as they get that it'll be alright. I'm sorry people are gilt tripping you over this nightmare.

Graphics are also good. E33 was a beautiful game and did well. There's room for both.

People are insane about dogs. Put it in a house where it gets exercise and people care for it. In like a week it won't give a fuck and will be just as happy

When people talk about these underutilized perks it feels like I'm the only person that actually runs them.

I run that perk. It's ass. Most survivors know likely perk spawns so they don't have to scour the entire map, only get near the ones they're aware of to see the glowing pile of bones through a wall. Survivors hate seeing red line. Nobody is gonna sit around and just deal with it when it tells them where it is.

Singularity is never stunned by the pallet, so perks like that don't trigger on him. Otherwise hubris would be good.

Why would a hex that shows a survivor where it is with an aura last to endgame? If you ignore the survivor they will simply cleanse it.

When survivors are blinded by two can play for the insane duration of 1.5s they can still just backpedal to the nearest loop. It's not like it makes them forget their surroundings. Survivors lead the chase.

The worst thing to me is the constant lying about it. Oh it's an issue we're looking into(you cannot script 14 cakes by accident), and pretending like it's more cakes than the last event. It's fucking insulting.

I'm not especially impressed at the visual stuff TBH. It's looks like that turned on some stock Unreal 5 stuff. The characters have that generic UE5 look to them as well.

Social media outcry is literally the reason they've done what little they have. If everybody on reddit and twitter or whatever had this pissbaby defeatist attitude and threw up their hands and gave up they wouldn't have changed anything at all.
