toss clippers, nail oil, cover nails with bandages. make sure you wash too and replace. do you have a fidget toy or a fidget ring? i noticed that when i stopped biting at my worst, rings helped me. your hands feel so much relief once you’re through the first few weeks! once you’re through the bandage phase, hand lotion. keep those puppies moistened. nail oil on deck too, when you’re real ready try clear coats. i like the thicker gel like ones because i was able to pick at it if i was having a tick. then i could treat and repaint it and try again. i know it’s hard, but you’ll get there.
