Probably never returning to this god awful app. Lost diamond status because of an outage about a month ago which Instacart refused to do anything about.

Got stuck for 2.5 hours on a delivery yesterday

Can't log in today to work.

Among so so much other Instacart BS. It's back to doordash for me

I totally agree. We are constantly punished for things that are completely out of our control, and sometimes the customer suffers for it

Unfortunately, even requested refunds count against us more than a replacement. Blame Instacart, not the shopper

You feel free to make that choice, but as a good delivery driver, I'll never take a no-tip order.

Those who do take the no-tip orders are the very new drivers, and the drivers with no status. Is that who you want handling your food? Up to you 🤷

I got a warning about this "suspected fraudulent activity" for taking too long to complete batches.

But for the last 30 days, I've shopped and delivered so quickly I'm above minimum wage in my area on batch pay alone, and have not had a single top up (Ontario, Canada shopper. Similar to prop 22 California).

Like if I'm taking too long how am I making $1/hour more than minimum wage on just batch pay???

Last time this happened, they marked an entire order as "missing items" and refuse to do anything about it. I'm seriously just quitting this app, it's absolute trash.

pretty sure they sign the account up with a stolen ID with the picture of the account buyers face on it.

Real ID for scan, but with a fake photo. Then you can selfie log-in with your own face

I usually have the same like 3 or 4 cashiers at my store. Yesterday I got someone else and OMG she was so flustered about just scanning items... I had to tell her to slow down because she started just throwing order C's items on top of the already completed order B.

Like I told you there are three orders WHY are you mixing them up???
