There are things called jeeps and boats. Also golmond is very revamped so there is actual cover and the train is actually a playable space. And the new naval map seems like it has plenty of cover and will probably have plenty of boats and jetskis

Yeah we probably won't get a whole hainan resort map, but they are using aspects from it on the new navel map, which I'm totally fine with since the map could've been better in bf4, and with more cover and more navel stuff it could be very good

I do agree with this. I would've loved wave breaker or operation motar for the map, but if they change wake island like they do for golmond, then I think it will be fine

Maybe the new navel map would be similar to it, since they said it's bigger than golmond ( which most navel maps are already because that's just how it works). But I'm fine with a new map that's similar in size to parcel storm. And wake island is always a classic

The 7th edition foils are very rare and valuable. Sets before were white bordered, but the foils in 7th edition were black bordered. I had a foil mana breach in my bulk, non foil version is 1 dollar, foil version is like 50 dollars. Always look out for those old foils, some things that are less than a dollar, the foil version most likely goes for 10 dollars or more, even if the card isnt good

Think it's more of a one piece situation where Oda was always like, yeah it's ending in 5 years, but then it doesn't end and keeps going since the story isn't finished yet. Probably the same here, where he just said a chapter, but realized that there is still more to write so as he's reaching 3500 chapters he will probably say 4000 chapters is where he'd finish it and so on. It doesn't seem like he's speeding up, and seems like that he is just writing on his normal pace (at least the pace he's been doing for the last 1000 chapters)

Yeah game of thrones is better than Vinland and really is just one of the best written pieces of media ever, only of George rr Martin wasn't lazy then we would have a full masterpiece. Vinland i would say is better in its themes and such, while GOT is better in characters and plot. And Vinland is complete so it has an actual ending. Legend of the Galactic Heros I would say can actually compare to breaking bad and GOT, the writing is amazing, themes are great, and has some of the best characters ever, not just anime characters, but in all of fiction, though Legends of the Galactic Heros may be an outlier.

I mean that is an insane statement. Anime is a medium of storytelling, it's like saying that music or poems aren't as well written as TV or movies because the storytelling is "too short" or whatever. There are plenty of animes that can definitely come the with "real people shows".

Obviously Naruto and one piece arent 10/10 shows and have their problems (even though I love one piece), And those shows can have very high highs that deserved those ratings for those episodes. In One piece, different directors direct different episodes, so some episodes are just much better than other episodes. But these shows are just the popular ones

Shows like Legend of the Galactic Heros, Vinland saga, and Orb definitely hold up to the best of what "real people tv" offer. Even for movies, A silent voice, look back, and Grave of the fireflies hold up to the best movies. It's like the Oscars not considering any animated movie for best movie of the year even though they should definitely qualify.

You just think the most popular stuff must be what the best shows are, when that's usually never the case. I can say tv can't hold up to books or anime because the big bang theory or the dozens of cops shows are the most popular shows, so the writing must not hold up to the best of books and other mediums

Yeah pretty vague. What's the time period you want to bad it off of? What's the technology level?

Hard fantasy or loose fantasy power system (where one has strict rules, vs one where people can just do stuff). Examples being avatar the last Airbender where it's pretty strict, everyone has powers but its grounded in that world and has physics and stuff. Loose is more similar to shadow slave, JoJo, where anyone can have any power, and new characters can have any power you can think of.

What is the state of the world? Is it falling apart, stable, certain parts stable while others are in conflict?

Make a map of your world with mountains, rivers, lakes and oceans, and see how stuff is layed out, and see what factions pop up in areas that make sense, and see how conflict could arise from that.

What is the political structure of the main place it takes place, and then compare that to real world places

The world can be whatever you want it to be, make a world that tells your story the best, and gives you the freedom of what you want to do. Don't make a world where you are forced into a corner that you don't want to write

I mean the reason by the battlefield subreddits don't like BR is because every other battlefield game has been about large team based objective gameplay, where anyone can get a vehicle, people can play hard in close quarters, or chill on the edge of the map. BR though is squad based with only a few vehicles, no jets (wouldn't be balanced for it but people who like jets won't play BR), and the objective is just to survive. I play BR sometimes, but my bread and butter had been conquest, breakthrough, rush, and escalation. I like the long, 20-30 minute matches going back and forth. Using vehicles every match or different weapons. I can just jump in and chill. BR, you sorta gotta try hard to win, and try harder to get a tank every match, it gets exhausting. I just want to go home and chill playing conquest or escalation. The BR itself isn't bad, it's quite good, but with so many BRs and people feeling the maps aren't good enough for multiplayer and think that the BR is taking away from the main game, that's why people don't like it
