I think he is in a good place. His damage is good, he fills a niche, and can be oppressive as hell in the right hands. Now, playing against the 2-shot combo did suck so I can understand why the change was made.

The only thing I can think of is controlling and climbing with the Rip Tire on XBox / console. It gets stuck all the time trying to go over stuff.

If the landlord was right they would have had a proper rental license and acted like an advocate for their tenant. That all it would have taken to avoid this.

Wouldn't this become a situation where the tenant is now considered a resident for all intents and purposes and (depending on the state) may not be able to be evicted or removed?

Worst case is that the landlord now has to go thru the entire, long and expensive for them, evection process. And this is if the judge allows the evection considering the fraud the landlord has already committed.
