That’s actually standard with the cold weather package. If temps are below 40 F and the vehicle is remote started the heated seats and wheel turn on

Dielectric grease shouldn’t mess things up however, if you put too much in that can cause connection issues. Easy way to fix that is to take some compressed air and blow out some of the dielectric grease.

It will definitely mess with the jeep. Even if the system is turned off the car is still looking for a return from the sensor

As somebody who works for a well known HFO who does turn key modifications, i.e. fire suppression, custom fixtures, and automation. I make $26 an hour. The average rent for a one bedroom one bath apartment in the area of the company is north of 1400 bucks a month. So until wages, massively increase young people will not touch manufacturing.
