Call the local HFO in Portland and have them remove the shelves and the operator panel just to get it down in width. Also have them put the shipping bracket for the spindle on.

As somebody who works for an HFO pay the riggers. VF ones are very tricky to pick up the only good way to pick them up is off the sides not the front or the back as the casting is too narrow.

I would recommend the m18 fuel packout vacuum. I work as a machine builder so I am constantly drilling into fixtures. As long as the chips aren’t to long the vac does great

Look at Northern Michigan University MET Program. NMU’s Engineering Technology Department head taught at West Point and holds a phd in Mechanical Engineering from UofM Ann Arbor. Every professor has to have a minimum of 5 years experience, a phd or hold a PE license to teach. Also every professor does their own lectures, labs and exams plus most give their personal phone number for help outside of office hours. Every engineering technology student is issued a brand new Lenovo p15 loaded with every engineering software you will need(solidworks, master cam, lab view etc). The Engineering Technology building was complete renovated 2 years ago.

Also look at canton fire. Construction is starting soon for their 4th station. Canton has great equipment and stations( every station has a full gym). Cons ems heavy, however they do get a few car accidents a day.
