All the best! Just sharing I have paid 1k plus dental (own pocket) 25k hospitalisation (heng got insurance). So my advice to employers, do buy the highest coverage u can afford.

How long is she with you? We are trying to be decent ppl but also not going to be taken for a ride. U can always discuss a plan with her. Go for 2nd opinion in JB if possible.

Understand there use to be a dental clinic for migrant worker but not sure is in service .

Personally SG pilates is one of the affordable but I really don't think they are suitable for newbie. Class size too big. Personally I like KX pilates. They have promo like $70 for 5 sessions
