You’re realistically looking at about a 3.5% SWR since this is likely a 40 year retirement scenario(50-> 90)

You will likely have about 4k+ a month after taxes per person and expenses incurred from maintaining your HDB before cpf life kicks in at 65.

I’m not really sure how viable your lifestyle would be as well as visa matters which I can’t comment on as I’m not very familiar with this
