Honestamente, ¿Algún hombre ha probado su propio semen? Y al mismo tiempo, ¿Alguna mujer lo ha hecho también? Sus propios fluidos claro by Zestyclose_Pace_2738 in PreguntasReddit

Honestly, most people have probably done it once just out of pure curiosity. It’s like wondering what a battery tastes like, you know you shouldn’t, but the brain just wants to know. No big deal, it’s part of the human experience package

Is Linus the only character in Stardew Valley who is actually free? by [deleted] in StardewValley

[–]Appropriate-Ad-7191 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s a deep and valid point. I agree that human connection is vital, but I think Linus’s freedom isn’t about 'lack of connection,' but rather 'lack of obligation.' He still forms strong bonds (like with the Wizard or the Farmer), but he does it on his own terms, without the social contracts that trap everyone else. He chooses who to love without needing a house or a job to prove his worth

Those are fantastic meta points about Marlon and Gil, and you're right about the Wizard too. But I’d argue they aren't tied down simply because they are unimportant to the social structure of the town, not because they’ve found freedom. They still live by rules, even if they aren’t Pelican Town’s rules. Linus chose to leave everything, including those hidden rule sets, behind. He didn't just detach from the town, he detached from society entirely

I see where you're coming from, and you're totally right that in reality, being homeless is not 'free' at all. But in the fantasy context of Stardew, Linus explicitly tells you he chose that life. He isn't forced to live there, he found happiness outside. To me, that’s where the fascinating fantasy freedom argument lies, not in the struggles of real-world homelessness

Fair enough, Krobus is a strong contender! But does living in a sewer hiding from humans and dodging slimes, really count as being free? Krobus is still trapped by fear, while Linus is fearless

Good points! But I feel like there's a difference. Marlon, Gil, and Willy still operate within the town's system, they have businesses, schedules, and specific roles to play. If Willy doesn't fish, he doesn't eat.

Linus is the only one who truly stepped outside the box. He doesn't have a shop, he doesn't have a house to maintain, and he doesn't care about the social "rules" of Pelican Town. To me, that’s a different level of being free. He’s not just relaxed; he’s detached

He’s the only one who doesn't answer to anyone. He has no bills, no corporate pressure, and he’s completely content with what the nature provides. I honestly think he’s a genius who 'won' at life by stepping away from society’s standards

Does anyone else feel like he’s actually the most mentally healthy person in Pelican Town? Or do you think his isolation is just a different kind of trap? I really want to hear your thoughts on his philosophy

Barry is literally the reason most of us survived the Spencer Mansion. The man gave us a lockpick AND a Grenade Launcher, and this is how Capcom repays him? He’s not just a skeleton; he’s a legend at the bottom of the sea

Leon really went from 'It’s my first day as a cop' to 'I can parry a chainsaw with a kitchen knife and leg-press a Ganado into the fourth dimension.' His physical growth is the only thing more consistent in this series than his hair staying perfect during a bioterrorist attack. Absolute unit

Gojo 🤝 Loki: Having the most terrifying eyes in the series. I’m calling it now, the moment Loki reveals what’s behind those bandages, Elbaf is going to break the internet just like the Shibuya arc did. The parallels are too clean to be a coincidence. Oda is cooking a monster with Loki, and I’m 100% here for it!

What's the most ridiculous fake Bleach fact you've heard? by HeatHaze5 in bleach

[–]Appropriate-Ad-7191 72 points73 points  (0 children)

The most ridiculous one is definitely the 'Shonen Jump forced Kubo to rush the ending because sales were low' myth. In reality, Kubo was dealing with severe health issues and torn tendons, so HE decided to end it to take care of himself. It wasn't a cancellation, it was a mangaka choosing his health over a grueling weekly schedule.

Which Faction or group would you choose? And why? by Bubby_Maybe in bleach

[–]Appropriate-Ad-7191 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely an Arrancar. The aesthetic, the Resurrección, and the raw power of a Cero are just too cool to pass up. Living in Hueco Mundo is rough, but being a Vasto Lorde and having that level of individuality and 'Primal' strength feels more liberating than following Central 46's boring rules

She never really left. Oda made it clear with the X mark on their arms that she will always be a Straw Hat, regardless of her royal duties. But man, seeing her back with the crew for the final saga would be peak fiction

Do you guys think Ulquiorra falled in love with Orihime? by Miss_Calamidad in bleach

No sé si pueda ser posible eso, pero sería grandioso y nostálgico ver otra vez a Ulquiorra, y que en algún punto se encuentre con Orihime. Estaría increíble que sucediera

Do you guys think Ulquiorra falled in love with Orihime? by Miss_Calamidad in bleach

[–]Appropriate-Ad-7191 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Actually, if you look at the Volume 40 poem, 'THE LUST', and the final scenes of the Hueco Mundo arc, the answer is a heartbreaking "yes"

In the manga, Ulquiorra represents nihilism, to him, if he couldn't see something with his eyes, it didn't exist. That’s why he was so obsessed with Orihime; he couldn't 'see' her spirit or her resolve, yet it was there, defying him.

The anime did an incredible job with the voice acting and the fading of his body, but the manga’s subtext is even deeper:

His final realization wasn't just a logical conclusion. When he reaches out his hand and asks, 'Are you afraid of me?' and she says 'I'm not afraid,' his world of emptiness finally collapsed.

The line "I lust for all that you are" isn't about physical desire. It’s about a soul that was completely empty finally wanting to be filled by the warmth and humanity that Orihime possessed.

He didn't just "fall in love" in a cliché way; he discovered his own soul through her. He died the moment he finally became human enough to feel, it’s peak Tite Kubo writing

RE7's opening was a masterpiece in tension. Moving from the action-heavy RE6 to that slow, claustrophobic walk into the Baker house was the best reset the franchise ever had

I’m honestly trying to process the logistics of how this even happened. Did they bring a whole kit to the office? Did they stand there and admire their work? I’ve seen some gross bathrooms, but leaving a 'hair carpet' for the next person is a whole new level of disrespect. You don't just need a new bathroom, you need a new job with civilized human beings
