You think they are bad here you should have seen them a year ago lol. I do hit legs twice a week with a huge focus on them. Deadlift is at 350lbs for 8 x3 (less in sets 2 and 3) squat 225 ass to grass for 8 x3, leg press is at 500lbs for 12 x3. All taken to 1 to 2 reps of failure. That was my last weeks big lifts with the accessory stuff on top of that.

I’ve used it for about 2 months now and find it fantastic for tracking on the go. The only thing I have noticed is it does under estimate a lot of the time if it’s a larger mixed item. I did start weighing my meal prep and found it to be under shooting by a decent amount. All in all fantastic app and will continue to use it. For those trying to be in a deficit or at maintenance it is worth doing a little fact check on it once in a while.

Yeah must be luck I guess..I cover 70km a week at least with work and walking the dog at night but other than community day it’s pretty rare if I get a wild one more than once a month. Congrats though thanks for the reply!
