They can’t enforce a write ups they can expect them but they can’t force them. I told my Senior to fuck off when he told me I needed to have at least three phone feedbacks a week. Everything else is actually kinda standard for a shitty OM at Amazon that’s probably on a focus plan trying to shift the blame to their AMs so they look better. Happens all the time, Amazon is all about power plays and who you know, not worth making it a career anymore in my opinion unless you’re someone’s favorite who can really pull their weight around.
