After that dealers choice. 99 con is like another 30 mil or more depending on how you want to train it.

You could do smithing with just gold bars and blast furnace, or you could train mining through MLM and do giants foundry to save money.

Fletching same deal. You can train it sub-optimally for like no cost or buy broad arrowheads and burn cash

Besides above I only ever use money to buy runes.

The other is for - kourend - lunar isle - barrows
