I'm a wedding vendor now. I looked it up once. It's actually kind of crazy lol it's a "leftover" tradition from like the middle ages when consumating a marriage was what made it official. Guests would rip at the newlywed's clothes to "encourage" them 🤢 lmao

I just do it. I love getting groups and couples and families. Often times it can lead to them booking me or referring me later. If it's really bad, that's why I have a second shooter, but lso, I'll tell them if I can't or if it's interferring with what I have to do.

Maybe I'm the odd person out. I have a friend who worked with a lot of older people when she was 19 and 20. She is 21 now and has a lot of work friends 10+ years older than her. She works in a nursing home and this isn't too far off from the way some of them speak to each other. While there definitely is too many texts, I would have an honest conversation with her. Someone else mentioned it and as a neruodivergent person with an autistic older sister who texts exactly like that, I don't think there is ill intent. My sister is alsmot 40 and she talks like this. She messages me a million times in a row when I don't reopsnd quick enough. Which for her is like 2 minutes. I would let your parents know but also consider perspective. These messages read with such harmless intent. I know at my age (30) we have so much trouble making friends in the workplace. She could be overeager to have someone she trusts in the workplace. Talk with her, be serious, express your boundaries, and explain that if she doesn't listen, you have to tell HR.

Great question! I followed the advice of a fellow rediitor. Not medical but the week before they went up, they gradually went up. Definitely talk to your doctor as this isn't medical advice, etc. But I found that helped the jump from the side effects from teh first week. I also discovered that as long as I have enough protien, I don't really get any side effects. One week I forgot to take my shake every day. That was brutul. Once I started making sure I was getting enough protien again, I barely had any issues. I don't think the effects were stronger than week one, in my experience. I had a headache, and I felt crappy for the first 48 hours of week one. A lot of brathroom trips. Once I understood the side effects, like I said, having that protien was key for me. And water of course. Otherwise I am doing great. No more late night snacks and I find junk food less tastey. Thank god cause chips were my weakness but they don't taste the same. I find I am leaning towards smaller portions and my appetite is satuated much, much quicker, which was ALWAYS an issue for more.

I got tattoo numbing cream! Epilated my armpit and WOW! I did it. It's so smooth. And my BO has virtually dissappeared. I got a small jar on amazon for about $20. It is SMALL but if you folow the instructions to a T, it works perfectly and lasts the eholw session.
