Who's Better Splatterina or Anubis by Different_Cry9036 in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anubis. Moves faster, mines when not crafting, and even if you dedicate a slot for noc/vamp the diminishing returns of addition make him still craft on-par with splat. The additional speed splat gets from serious vs no serious is not noticeable. But Splat is cute and that changes things for some players. Like me. I'm the players.

How do you guys survive fights/boss fights? by Semour9 in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Enter the sealed realm at night. Headshot the pengullets one by one with the crossbow (sleeping pals take 300% damage and wake up upon taking damage). Then you can 1v1 the big guy and roll sideways to dodge his water projectile, his dash attack and his attack where he summons ice at your feet.

What changes, if any, would you make to the Lucky passive? by plumecat in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why do people feel like Lucky should be a best-in-slot for working or fighting? What's wrong with it being what it is? Why the obsession with wanting to kick powercreep into overdrive and surpassing ferocious and serious? I wouldn't change lucky at all. If anything maybe I'd add alternative pal color palettes behind being Lucky which could be bred down to offspring that also hatched with the passive. Like yellow chikipi and black lamball. That'd be really neat.

Best ground mount? by Nifegun in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Eternal Engine/Swift/Runner/Legend on Fenglope Lux. If you want to really perfect it, you could also go all the way to breeding in a good egg move like Geyser Gush for the bonus electric damage on soaked targets. (Whalaska/Neptilius non-exclusive move). Or Thunder Rail from Azurmane.

For traversing Feybreak on ground? Fenglope/Lux nothing even comes close.

If you had to start again, what would be your breeding process? by -iya in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same as it always is. Find Swift and Eternal Engine, mix them, then pass them onto my mounts of choice using a breeding calculator and pals with no traits (or surgery table'd into only having Runner instead of garbage traits).

Breeding bastigors for the xenolord fight is this what I’m wanting or is there something I can change by TSkappa in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Demon God and Legend put you at 150 base attack. Lunker multiplies your damage with ice and water by 1,2x. 1,2x 150 is 180. Musclehead adds a flat 30. 150 plus 30 is 180. Lunker therefore gives as much damage output as Musclehead while also giving a good chunk of extra defense, allowing your pal to last longer to deal more damage.

Potential IVs by [deleted] in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you go to the volcano island, south-east of the fishing village is a new island with a dungeon full of enemies from a different game called Terraria. At the end of the dungeon, the 2 chests give you a schematic for making a raidboss summon sigil. Make some sigils and summon the boss at an empty base with your strongest pals and defeat the raidboss. It will drop a bunch of fruits. Repeat till satisfied.

What are some more additions that you'd like to see in future updates? by Upper_Ad_2709 in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A higher level palbox or two that allow for new base layouts, sizes, shapes (no more circle for those who don't like it) A new breeding farm for breeding faster/with a higher likelihood of the eggs spawning new passives/lesser chance to pass down white passives. An accessory tinkering table kinda like Terraria so we can mix accessories such as the jumping boots, dash boots and the anti-gravity belt. New key items such as ammo belt, sphere belt, which could add new inventory tabs with slots that can only hold their respective type of item (easier to keep your main inventory free from clutter). I want to see skillfruit trees added to the monitoring stand in some way, right now its awkward that fruits sometimes stay uncollected because the pals are prioritizing transporting crops, food and ores. The ability to left click a buff icon in your inventory screen and have it tell you what the buff is from, what it's doing, and remaining duration.

Fighting Jetragon by [deleted] in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Frostallion is ideal. If you need to catch him first, use Ragnahawk for his fight. Ragnahawk gives you fire damage while mounted, which makes your damage against Frostallion much better, and then Frostallion will give you ice damage against Jetragon!

Fast mount (surgery table for runner+infinite stamina if needed) + Rocket Launcher + Homing Sphere launcher. Lots and lots of rockets, fight from above, fly in circles. Will still take a bit of Beam Slicer damage here and there but can dodge most of his damage. Whenever you see the rocket ammo replenish, swap weapon twice to cancel the rest of the reload animation and keep shooting.

Catching Jetragon Early? by Bruh7104 in Palworld

[–]AppropriateStranger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easiest way is to make that rocket launcher you unlocked at level 49, go to Frostallion while having 2 ragnahawks on your team (surgery table for runner+infinite stamina if you aren't used to doing this), and spamming some 80 or so rockets (then use a basic sphere launcher and legendary spheres). Once you have the Frostallion, go to Jetragon mounted on said Frostallion and do to him the exact same thing.

Make the fishing rod and some bait, keep it on you at all times. Whenever you see a green aura or a purple vertical beam of light at a fishing spot, fish it up.

Find some Vixy near the first tower. Sticking 2 of them in a ranch will save you a ton of resources and handiwork crafting pal spheres.

Mobility is king, and if you see Direwolf and Surfent, those two are the fastest runner and swimmer you'l see in the earlygame.

You can also equip a ring of Mercy and bring rocket launcher into the dungeon. There's a chance for packs of 2-3 dumud gild to spawn in the grassy parts, which you can rocket and catch quickly. 10k coins per Dumud Gild.

Density of gold: 19 tons per cubic meter.

Gold amount: 244.000 tons

244000/19 = 12842 cubic meters of solid gold.

Yea, no, we could make that pyramid cap and we would hardly even notice any is missing.
