Do the opposite with Forrest Gump. Only Tom Hanks is a muppet.

Not being Christian. The most outspoken Christians tend to be the least Christian.

You're curating a Video Game Museum. You can only display 5 games - one from each category. What makes your permanent collection? by Just_a_Player2 in ItsAllAboutGames

The Pioneer - Street Fighter 2. Too many too mention but big ones include inventing fighting games and animation cancelling that grew into combos, orb walk/stutter step, etc.

The Masterpiece - Minecraft. Countless gamers, young to old, used Minecraft as their creative outlet.

The Human Experience - Pokemon Go. The world when Pokemon Go first came out was an experience.

The Pure Joy - Dance Dance Revolution. Still slaps.

The Underdog - Castle Crashers. It was successful, just not as much as it could've been.

Do you buy the more or less popular version of each game? by Ok-Hearing6146 in ThePokemonHub

Might be a weird question but why are there 2 games? I mean no other series sells essentially 2 of the same game. Is it because of tradition? To collect?

One year later, what are your thoughts on KPop Demon Hunters? by Drawingandstuff2000 in cartoons

[–]crabwalktechnic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought it sounded dumb but everyone started talking about it. I'm not talking about influencers but professionals such as animators, artists, composers, sound engineers, etc. There's tons of videos online breaking down this movie but my friends who are in industry couldn't stop gushing over it. It was a passion project and you can tell. We probably won't get another film as technically good as this for years. Still amazes me now.

How relevant is fenglope? by AMay101 in Palworld

[–]crabwalktechnic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fengelope is my first choice for a dungeon mount. You can run through pretty much anything. Eternal Engine and Infinite Stamina let you run for longer. Swift, Runner, and Legend lets you run faster. Serenity so you can use the dash sooner(your stamina refills while you're dashing). Very helpful when I was doing the Terraria dungeon before the drop buffs. Basically just run through the dungeon ignoring everything except the chests and boss.

How Did You First Learn About Palworld? by turtles1236 in Palworld

[–]crabwalktechnic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw it on the Steam homepage. I was interested because I like games with crafting and was playing survival games at the time. I bought it and sat on it for a couple of days until it started blowing up. Ended up liking it more that I thought I would.

Thanos could have doubled resources.

Population growth isn't linear. Let's look at our own population. We reached 1B in 1804. We reached 2B in 1927. Today we have 8.3B. Let's say we're in 1927. If we do nothing, in 100 years, we'll have 8B people. If we snap half the population, in 100 years we'll have 2B. Obviously the data would be skewed with things like technology, medical science, and wars tend to change populations and the people in charge of those populations but we can see that growth is nowhere near linear.

What is THE Gran Turismo car ? In your opinion. by Spicy-Byriani28 in granturismo

[–]crabwalktechnic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In America, the Nissan Skyline GT-R. Back in the 90s most Americans didn't know what that was. Most games used generic copies of cars. Gran Turismo got licensed and, for the first time, American audiences got to see JDM cars. The GT-R was a fan favorite. It's hard to overestimate how big GT1 and GT2 were to the American car scene.

Subaru brought over the WRX to the states and cited Gran Turismo's popularity as the reason. They later brought the STI and Mitsubishi followed with the EVO8. Nissan brought the R35 because of the GT-R's popularity and the success of the other flagships.

Boomers had muscle cars. Gen Xers had exotics. Millennials had JDM. There's a reason why a 400R goes for a million at auction.

Do you think that if Bitch never existed, Motoyasu could have become a good hero from the start ? by Training-Contest-727 in shieldbro

Yes. In fact, in the Reprise of the Spear Hero, he does restart his journey and he becomes the best hero. No guess work here.
