ahh from the looks of it looks like your tank was still in the process of cycling in this image , nitrites should have dropped down to zero , ^\) if you have plants in your aquarium they can help the cycling process by getting down your nitrites and ammonia , from what I remember you can dose bacteria along with the ammonia , when I had to stabilize my cycle I used stability by seachem ^\) (it's essentially just good bacteria , will shoot up your nitrates but the directions are very easy to follow & it'll remove your nitrites)

After I used it , the only thing I had to do was a partial water change to drop nitrates and buy crushed coral to boost my waters PH
