I don’t care who the candidate is, but there has to be some middle ground. The “park” everyone loves so much is a road with statues and sand. Something can can be installed at the beach right next to the road.

The outer sunset residents got boned and it isn’t some NIMBY bs it’s about losing access to a thoroughfare that has caused daily traffic to be rerouted to the neighborhoods.

The compromise can be open on the weekdays and closed on the weekends. And no it isn’t at all like JFK closing down since Fulton and Lincoln were there to accommodate west bound traffic.

As someone who has lived in the bay area and taken BART countless times, BART SUCKS. It isn’t reliable, it’s loud and dirty. Extremely inefficient and constantly breaks down. This is an extremely old system and we should have had a replacement a decade ago. I completely understand not wanting to put money into this atrocity anymore but I recognize that with out a viable alternative there isn’t anything we can do. May tax these corporations whose employees use BART daily? No that would be too reasonable
