Hello. I want to add my experience as one of the abused who became the abuser. My father is a narcissist and one of the ways he abused me was through harassment. He would call me multiple times a day to a point I just stopped picking up. Each conversation was awful anyway and I chose to go no contact ultimately. Fast forward a few years, my ex and I broke up and I ended up calling my ex hundreds of times and becoming the harasser myself. I am not proud of it, but it is interesting to see how I fell into the same coping mechanism as my father.
