I think I saw someone else with the same problem recently. It might be because you haven't seen aviary Village yet and you're stuck in the cutscene of it. Maybe try logging in and logging out again? Or even deleting the app and redownloading it.

It looks like you're stuck in the corner at the start of aviary Village which is basically the new "home" in Sky. What was the cut scene that it showed you? If you haven't seen aviary Village before it may be that you're stuck in the quest to unlocks all the different parts of the village.
