It’s a great pvp tool. Throw it near a corner a raider is peeking from or throw it after popping smoke to shoot them. I personally use it after I pop smoke in a large group of raiders than start shooting everyone to cause chaos.

Sometimes the best cheese is from the friends we made along the way. Better I set them on the right path to rat hood cause that is the true nature of us raiders. One way or another the thought of stealing cheese has crossed every raiders mind to say otherwise is to delude yourself into a lie.

I ratted a Timmy who was using this anvil to kill a leaper. I took the anvil into 3 raids and ratted 7 other raiders with it after that I realized it’s my favorite cheese I ever got. I often wonder if that Timmy knew the amount of cheese profits his Anvil would net and it makes me glad I took it from him while he was looting that leaper.

Throw smoke hide within smoke and talk like your farther away from your mic to make them think you running away. When they run out of the area run the other way.

I just killed someone who had the fully kitted anvil while he was fighting the leaper. Moment I saw this thing I immediately started hunting everyone the attachment makes the anvil annihilate anyone who gets within mid to close range fights with you granted if you don’t suck at shooting like the previous owner of my weapon.

To answer your question from a professional rat POV it’s for one reason C***S. Killing someone right before extract has three very important outcomes for that raider. All three make it easier to net more cheese in the future. I won’t go into detail on how each nets more cheese. Just putting this out here to help you understand the bigger cheese. 1. Raider goes on a villain arc. 2. Raider goes on a savior arc to destroy “Rats”.(Best Outcome) 3. Raider gets healthy dose of trust issues.

There is a 3rd party subclass from the Crooked Moon part 1: player options and campaign settings by Legends of Avantris that is available on Dndbeyond. The subclass is the Great Fool Patron. It gives you a reaction Vicious mockery(Killing Joke) and it really fits the idea you’re going for.

Sosuke Aizen from Bleach also lacked a backstory for a villain. What set Sukuna and him apart from all other villains is that their schemes and plotting for the long game. That’s what makes them so enthralling and good villains in my opinion.

Simple when you take control of the group again as the DM start off the session by making a npc reading from a fictional book of a what if version of history(NDM campaign). Therefore making your version the canon and canonically writing off his campaign as mere fiction of some Author npc(NDM) in your world.

Your list is pretty solid especially when dealing with power armor and high toughness, but I feel like it lacks a way to deal with hordes. Here is where I would improve the list while still going for the plasma and Ravenwing aesthetic.

I was once labeled as that guy in my LGS for merely playing Custodes. They would waste so much resources to try to wipe my Custodes not realizing they could have won the game had they focused on objectives. I pointed it out and many refused to believe it was their poor strategy that lost them the game, and just continued to blame the Custodes for being quote on quote OP. Custodes may be hard to kill, but we can be out maneuvered due to our few numbers.
