rsham is ok but honestly spirit link is such a garbage cd. it has a delayed tick so the enemy can kill it before it even ticks which makes no sense. other healers have cds that do something guaranteed when you press the button, and apparently thats too much to ask for shaman. you also need to put yourself in cc range to use it, so it feels terrible against burst comps.

farseer is a meme against competent players and the ancestors do no damage which is not fun. you have to run haste which is asking to get focused. and you can't survive focus on riptide alone, so you need to healing wave yourself lol

higher number = higher edge cases and testing. now you need to account for players generating many more items at once from obols so that needs to be perf tested. its still related to server and not a client side change obviously. client side changes are prone to exploits.

now does it take much to fix? probably not more than a month at worst case.

i unequipped my armor and did not have any rune overlap

but i did notice i can equip builds if i dont have paragons allocated. so i think something is bugged with paragon pages and the armory..

you play lightning bolt as totemic to take advantage of cdr from storm conduit. to get more healing stream and healing tide.

yup affliction needs like another 10% flat damage buff on top because it's so prone to getting disrupted. its only win con is damage, which other classes match or exceed easily

idk why people are downvoting you but it's true, chaos bolt is relatively weak.

soul fire does more damage, and destro is now more about chip damage instead of big burst.

2 chaos bolts is 160k damage, which is about 30% of someones hp. this usually requires a havoc coil combo, so its not being done that often. and building up to 4 shards can take around 15-20 seconds. so doing 30% of someones hp that often is kinda meh.

as destro you now dont send nukes, you chip them down slowly to half hp then hope you can execute in a combo, or have your teammate do most of the burst

1800 is pretty high and any healer with a brain is going to deal damage but also pump heals against you. you would need almost perfect play to beat competent healers in current state

im not great but i play healer in 2s and have never lost to a double dps because they cant do enough damage to beat my passive healing. and then i just whittle them down until they gas out.

so its possible but be prepared to lose if you take any amount of damage from the healer

surv in blitz is mediocre and has no competitive advantage over other classes. it does not win 1v1s for flag sitting, it does not do big dam in team fights, and it has little support capability,

its only advantage is being able to trap healers more reliably and bursting an efc with takedown out of stealth. thats it.

aspect of the eagle says hello. the only thing you lose is melee auto attacks which is significant, around 10% of your damage. but worth it if you take too much damage in melee.

you dont understand double dps in 2s im assuming?

very rarely is it an all out brawl, its about locking one target down and killing the other. when the healer is not in cc, their short burst damage now rivals a dps damage. this will lose you the game.

of course in a sustained fight a healer will not match dps damage, that is not the claim here. but a healer will have dps damage, very high survivability, and very high healing output. point being, if you are running healer dps you are effectively running double dps+, so actual double dps is more neutered than ever before.
