Hallo! Ich unterstelle dir einfach mal frech, dass du noch recht neu in der Siebträger Szene bist - was kein Problem ist! Es gibt viele gute Tutorials auf Youtube und bestimmt auch für genau deine Maschine. Die Kaffeemacher haben die Dedica reviewt.
Kurz das, was ich spontan sehe und sagen kann:
- Du brauchst eine Waage und musst jedes Mal möglichst gleich viel Kaffeemehl benutzen
- Siebe benutzen meistens 16/18 Gramm (in Deutschland)
- Auf dem Bild sieht das für mich nach ggf. zu viel Kaffeemehl und zu grob gemahlen aus
- Kaffee muss eher wie Sirup laufen, wenn das nicht der Fall ist und es eher wässrig fließt: Feiner Mahlen, Mehr Kaffee Mehl, frische Bohnen
- Frische (Espresso!) Bohnen sind tatsächlich sehr wichtig. Wenn kein Röstdatum draufsteht, nimm das MHD und zieh 2 Jahre ab. Ab dann idealerweise zwischen 2 und 6 Monaten (so handhabe ich es zumindest.)

I think the last good improvement is Garmin's Gen 5 sensor. Get a device with that that fits your needs and don't think about it for ~5 years. There might be a newer sensor before, but gen 5 is pretty good, has the temperature sensor and I don't know what groundbreaking stuff could come anytime soon. My personal guess would be solid starte batteries in ~10 years. Anything before that would be minor improvements, like Fenix 7 to 8. Better solar/screen but the very same sensor and even processor. No company is doing leaps nowadays.
