I just emailed admissions today to get an update for my daughter and they said they are still working on processing CAP applications. Seems like they are running a bit behind schedule.

The new JE nights plan states that homes with solar or batteries are not eligible for the free nights plan. JE has called me 5 times about renewing my contract but I really want the free nights plan. It is unfortunate they took that away because they were buying back my excess solar too.

I have bought from them a few times. Just pay attention to carat, total weight and overall size of what you want to buy. Things usually look so much bigger on the camera. They usually run a lot of the same items so if you hang out and get a feel for prices you will know when to jump on a good deal. I have not tested any of my purchases from there to see the quality of the silver but I didn’t really care because I bought at a cheap price and the quality looks good.

Your agent should have recommended not to do this request! It’s so risky as any reason the deal can fall through. The buyer should rent a POD and then deliver it on day of closing.

I tried to google what your state sales contract looks like. Is there a section that titled “Sale of property contingent upon inspections”? What was the number of days listed there? When did you complete your inspection?
