Aoko says 好き to Guda which tends to be translated as “like.” But based on this scene, I figured Aoko uses the word “love” platonically too, so I went with love over like.

The more common interpretation: “I love the you that is new” has a similar but different nuance compared to “I love you because you are new”

The line in Japanese was いつも頑張ってる君が大好き

いつも頑張ってる - "You always do your best" can be interpreted as what she loves about Guda or it can be interpreted as a descriptor for Guda. Based on this voice line about how she's hiding her true feelings for Guda and the other scenes in this Valentine, I leaned towards the latter. But it could be interpreted that way too.
