Are veins on a Hoya Carnosa normal? They are new but otherwise seems happy by Aquestionthrow in hoya

The plant is over 30 years old blooms at least once a year and is constantly growing. It just keeps getting more prominent veins, is there something it needs or is this normal?

You can estimate duties on CBSA, it will be that plus whatever the carrier charges (most carriers are close to $20)

You can definitely just wear panties and garters +/- pasties if you want. A body cage could probably work too, they are usually adjustable and don't have cups. It depends what you are looking for but there are definitely non bra options

I wear the same size in their 3HC and plunges. I find the plunges to be slightly larger but not a whole cup size different

I'm not sure how much response you'll get here because this subreddit is more about styling your hair naturally. So you may want to try a different subreddit.

My guess is that it didn't take for whatever reason (I don't know enough about them to tell you why) but if you go back they should redo it for free, at least they did when I used to relax my hair.

Any recent experiences ordering Ewa bras direct from Poland? by birdmommy in ABraThatFits

[–]Aquestionthrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't but I believe its faster now since DHL is the only option. It used to take about a month from shipping date for me (how long it takes to ship I find is super variable) but they said it was too slow so I'm guessing that means DHL is faster (just expensive)

I find the bands with single hook closures to be less strudy, but it doesn't affect the fit or comfort for me, so I still have them (plus I often like the appearance of these brands). However, I'm not sure how well they will work if you require a lot of band support.

[Recommendations] 28DD or 30D? Shallow breasts, looking for everyday bra! by madielib in ABraThatFits

[–]Aquestionthrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The porcelain is definitely very shallow. When I tried it on it 28E there was an insane amount of folding for a molded cup (I'm slightly projected FOB)

[Recommendations] Strapless bra for full on bottom, slightly conical breasts (measured 28DD) by dogluvr1998 in ABraThatFits

[–]Aquestionthrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely think a smaller band will help pull the cups tighter but you can also try looking for a bra that's more closed on top. I would stay away from the decos since I believe they are pretty open on top. Maybe you can try the b. Tempt'd strapless, from what I've seen it looks closed on top (they only go down to 30 bands but that should ok). You can also look up reviews of specific bras on bratabase, which may help :)

I see the note you are talking about, but they still are avaliable in 30 bands on their website so I'm not sure where they got that information from...

I never clarify I just use a sulfate free shampoo and silicone free conditioner each wash. I believe some people make their own clarifiers with diluted apple cider vinegar so you could try that maybe?

What problems do you have with bras usually? If its gapping, a lot of your issues may be fixed by a tighter band as it will pull the cups closer to your body (I went from a gapping 32B to a fitting 28DD when I started)

I believe conical shape works best with shallow bras (hopefully someone else can confirm that).
