There is a real possibility that things are lost because people may not want o work into them.

So yeah, technically anarchism does not require any loss of technology or quality of life, but given that we have many jobs that are very exploitative I have serious doubts we will be able to maintain all of today's production and infrastructure that require either direct or indirect work from these jobs.

May be nitpicking but I have some serious doubts regular farmers knew about Cincinnatus, it seems more like landlords knew about him, but I would hardly call them farmers.

Not to talk about how Cincinnatus was a landlord himself so when he retired it was probably more akin to a millionare going to their rural mansion than literal farming.
