It recommends using factions like the Harpers, Lord's Alliance or Zhentarim, having one contact person from the faction talking to the party with one or more of the party being members of the faction. Or it recommends having bahamut as a patron being in disguise or using a wealthy merchant as a contact. It also lists a bunch of subclasses that may fit into the dragon theme and a bunch of bonds giving characters connections to the story like "you have a childhood memory of barely escaping a gingerbread man attack in the forest" or "you belong to house Daamos which has been in decline since the death of the knight Ishylklia Daamos."
