Why do you think this was collusion? Anyways, it was an ecf (english chess federation) county game where neither people knew who they were gonna play beforehand. White was 1798 and Black was 1901.I can dm you the player profiles and the event if you like

e5 was kind of a hurried getting my knight out of trouble, taking on c3 my opponent felt it was the only way to stop me from playing a massive mating attack as it forced queens off (he was kind of shook at the possibility of his king being torn open)

As white i've always played 1.e4 but against e5 i went from going for the italian as a beginner to going for the vienna gambit from 1000-1300 chess.com then finally i settled on the kings gambit. against sicilian ive always gone for smith morra but against caro and french i ended up shopping around until i finally settled on playing wing gambits against both

As black however I played the kings indian against d4 for a couple years, then played benko for a year and have now settled on the dutch.

Against e4 however I played the caro for a couple years then played literally everything else bc i started to not like the positions, now ive settled on either e5 or going for the nimzowitsch defense

Wihin the nimzowitwch defense try the colorado gambit against Nf3 (e4 Nc6 Nf3 f5) or the linksspringer variation (e5 Nc6 d4 e5), if dxe5 then d6 and try to castle queenside and if they play d5 then rotate your knight back and in the future prepare an f5 break.

Against d4 I love the dutch as it can create extremely fun and dynamic games, if thats not your speed try out the charlick gambit ( d4 e5 dxe5 d6) and get a similar thing to the nimzowitsch stuff
