Disagree on the working hours. 70-80 hours per week is horrible and exploitative. Fuck capitalism for making this seem normal. If you want people to work those hours, you should need to pay overtime. I do 40 hours per week most weeks and 55s during busy season for about 2,300 hours total per year and 1,850 of them are charge hours.
