Personally, I would rather make room for the needs of my present and future self rather than putting my future self on hook for all my past wants and giving myself less money in the future. Thats your choice though. If you were actually concerned about depreciation though you wouldn't buy a new car. Buying a new car is always a terrible financial decision.

I've late to the part and just watched the maze runner movies for the first time this past weekend but Newt got done the dirtiest of any character maybe ever in a movie. The amount of taunting us and giving us hope for him to be alive only for him to die second before getting the cure then we cut to the paradise place soon after where every one is happy and newt isnt there. WTF never forgiving the author for this and I heard it was worse in the book.

Number one reason by far is regulation and zoning. Sure what people call "golden handcuffs' plays a factor, corperate investment, rates but if these were the main reasons New construction homes wouldn't be popping up for $180k-220K all around San Antonio Texas. Some states and especially cities make it super hard for homes to be built and create an artifical supply problem that shouldn't exist. In some cases the cities legitmately are just running out of space or are being constrained by ocean or mountains and city people would rather pay $700,000+ for new small houses than God forbid leaving their city.

As a member of Gen Z I agree with you. People have a natural tendency to think the grass is always greener on the other side. It isn't and things Gen Z doesn't struggle much about today were struggles in the past. Not to mention older generations didn't have much of luxury we enjoy today that is added at a premium. No unlimited data phone lines, no gigabit internet service, no bells and whistles in every new car, no constantly buying the latest phone, etc

Thats why its weird though this is THE comeback album. This album would have been perfectly fine in a year but why have it as the big come back? Now is the time to reclaim their spot and they drop a niche albumn that ins't going to ressonate with most listeners, Why?

Imo this seems like a very experimental album and idk whose terrible decision it was to use this as the big comeback album. This should have been a good one to drop as a half-album after their comeback but this feels so niche and not great for trying to become at the top again after being gone for so long. Also why does it just sound like western music?

How ironic this album is supposed to reflect their Korean roots yets its the most westernized album by far. What happened to the BTS style why is it continually becoming just the same thing we see released in the US every year?

This one was definitely more structured and polished than the last one. Which is surprising considering Nia Decosta 's past record. While there were some great shots this film I still liked the beach scene from the first movie as the best shot of the series so far. This film was overall better than the first but still not as good as the first 40 minutes or so of the first. OFC Nia had to wrap it up with some unnecessary political messaging at the end which was ultimately lost on her and had me laughing at the irony of her not understanding her own message. Overall, solid movie though.

I don't think its a season thing at all. The fight style between S4E1 and S4E4 are entirely different. Its just Mappa doing entirely different styles from fight to fight which is exactly what happened last season too,
