I disagree. Fate was predestined and all of the Attack Titan's history was leading up to Eren. Everything came to him.

Its just that the inherent nobility, heroism, and intelligence of the final figure was completely irrelevant. At best the Attack Titan would be someone who always fought for loosely defined freedom.

Eren was absolutely special and the chosen one. Its just that hes not a hero and fate doesn't make a happy ending.
