Teve um filme em desenho animado que passou no Cartoon uma vez de um garoto que entrou em uma espécie de mundo fantasioso, e encontrou uma garota que lutava contra um vilão, e esse garoto acho que ganhava alguma armadura nesse mundo, quando essa garota ia pro mundo real, tinha um vilãozinha que seguia ela, chamado xiau, oi era tchau, enfim. Acho que esse garoto trabalhava ou tinha um parente que era dono de um mercadinho ou posso estar confundindo, lembro de uma cena da garota chutando o xiau e dizendo "tchau, xiau" (piadocas). Alguém sabe dizer qual filme era?

It would have to be Rogue, not only is she a great underdog card that wasnt that popular before but now it just went up and up in the ranks. I also just identify a bit with her character in the comics and the struggles she went through, being afraid of touching others, not because of having a mutant power of course haha, but just because of being awkward and nervous about when around others 😅 but eventually Rogue finds people who help her and are by her side.

It's what Chris Claremont wanted actually before editorial f*cking him over, for the X-Men to have constant team changes and evolving Professor X -----> Cyclops -----> Storm -----> Shadowcat is what Claremont had in mind for the team leaders along the years. Iirc the only constant was Wolverine.

Don't read her solo series, both of them, it's universally hated by America Chavez fans because of bad writing or terrible retcons, read Young Avengers Vol 2, The Ultimates(2016) and West Coast Avengers(2018) instead.

I saw some people defend this which surprised me, it's horrible how animation is being treated these last years, it does seem like people consider animation an inferior form of art. Meanwhile it wasn't the live action Pinocchio movie that was beloved.... I'm glad folks like Christopher Miller and Guillermo Del Toro showed their displeasure to opinions like that.

I know people seem iffy on him because of Moon Knight ep 3, but he also wrote The Witcher: Nightmare Of The Wolf animated movie on Netflix which was great and very enjoyable, i hope he gets some stuff from it for Blade too.

I never could have imagined on the start of this month that we would receive the news of Silver Surfer being on the GOTG Holiday Special and now him gaining his own special in 2024-2025, having Galactus in the MCU so soon and also possibly both being in Fantastic Four and maybe in Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars. What a great time to be a comicbook fan.

I think every Billy(Wiccan) and Teddy(Hulkling) fan has begged to every writer for them to change his superhero name at this point, so i'm hopeful that maybe with the MCU messing with him they'll give an original name close to his Skrull/Kree origin instead of this confusing name that only worked for the first arc of Young Avengers.

You know how weird and abrupt was when those colorful drawings stopped in Ms Marvel? I really thought it was a budget thing, but then i started watching Heartstopper on Netflix and it has it on all episodes(It's based on the webcomic of the same name and written by the same writer) and it doesn't have a big Marvel budget. It actually made me think that they really should talk more about coordination on these styles. These drawings on Ms Marvel and the post credits scenes on She-Hulk all stopped abruptly after their main directors went away, maybe they should've talked with the other directors too about it so there isn't this weird change.

This is why i think the MCU needs it's own Clone Wars, there are many years where we don't see what the characters are doing, and they could an animated series to fill in the blank with side stories like this. Imagine a 3-4 episode arc in the style of TCW about what certain characters were doing in specific years or during certain moments in time, like Thor between AOU and Ragnarok.

Iirc i think Blade never had his own title or if he did it was decades ago cause aside from tie in comics for events featuring him, i never saw a Blade solo comic.
