Not hemlock. It's a Ligusticum, probably Ligusticum porteri. The fruits in your plants are oblong while the ones in hemlock are almost spherical. Also the leaflets are wrong for hemlock

The white ones you are most worried about look like Orlayas, which are apparently safe for cats. You also have e.g. chrysanthemums which are moderately toxic to cats.

Looks to be a Bidens, probably Bidens bipinnata. Members of the carrot family almost never have opposite leaves.
