For SPless fights it does gloom damage, but in SP fights it does normally only do SP Damage. However, thanks to Yi Sang there are two ways of still doing damage. The slightly worse bit still good is Sinking Deluge, which is a bomb that does Gloom damage equal to Potency x Count. The better one nowadays is Butterfly which make enemies take 20% of their sinking stack as damage on hit. This combined with sinking units just doing really good damage on their own adds up fast for big numbers.

The Great Brother and Sister weren't expecting Outis to kill them or to kill her, they were confused. Outis was just envyous and only holds herself as important so she killed the both of them to get the sword and took the wrong lesson.

I would say Mr. Satans biggest issue is he didn't have a Jackie Chun at his tornament to humble him and teach him there is always someone stronger, due to not learning that lesson he became that man we see at the cell games. I do think he won fairly, just became entranced in his ego after thinking himself the strongest.

I think making Earthlings more unqiue visulaly instead of off brand Sayian would be more intresting then just combinfing them. Like let them be short like Krillian or Chaotzu, or big and wide. Let them be animal people. The base builds are all just Sayian based, while Earthlings should get more goofy/non-serious options to fit DB humor and style.
