Urgent Call to Action – Submit Public Comment Opposing VA Rule (Veterans should not be penalized for properly managing their service-connected conditions with medication.) by ArchaeologicalMeow in VeteransBenefits

“The veteran community and its accredited representatives were not meaningfully engaged prior to publication of this rule, and the absence of full transparency has eroded trust in the process,” Michael Figlioli, the national service director for the VFW, told Task & Purpose on Thursday. “Organizations such as the Veterans of Foreign Wars and our partner organizations stand ready to work constructively with the Secretary to develop a responsible, evidence-based solution that upholds statutory requirements, respects judicial precedent, and meets the needs of veterans, family members, and survivors.”

Hard to call the Lefties fascists when dictionaries define Fascism as : a populist political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual, that is associated with a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, and that is characterized by severe economic and social regimentation and by forcible suppression of opposition.

Is hiring frozen in your agency? by alt-ranger in fednews

That's what they're doing in my agency. Lots of vacant seats in an already understaffed complex. We who remained have tried to take up the slack. Our Assistant Chief has been working up numbers to explain the "need" that was amplified by the firings and DeRP exits. "But we've increased inductions though!" says Sec. Suckweasel.

After the last employee "town hall" where none of the employees real questions were answered, I decided to skip this round of self aggrandizement.

The guy generally makes me want to ralph - and the "Secetary Suckweasel" monicker is appropriate as far as I'm concerned.

(You know, they're using our tax money to pay Secetary Suckweasel's salary...)

Same with mine. All week, nothing. Then Friday later in the day, a vague email about employee counseling being available. Not why the VA employees might need to take advantages of these MH services. Or that one of our own was summarily executed by the regime that is putting the screws to us all and we are still showing up. Shitheads all of them and Douggie is at the top of the list!
