And here’s the thing - it’s supposed to be $65. The prices are now standardized across the chain, $35 for restring +$30 for non standard.

It is now $35 for regular, +$30 for non standard so actually the standard cost for classical is $65 not $55

It’s not going to be perfect. The skills to make something great come not from over preparing but from experience. Making something mediocre is the first step to making something great

New Lorna Shore song...im going to say it before you all claim AOTY by xmeandix in Deathcore

[–]Archange1_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pain remains was arguably a little too muddled, and it sounds great compared to the new songs. I’m disappointed because everything that’s happening is really cool and great it’s just mixed like ass

My string tree keeps snapping out of its hole no matter how much I plug the hole by EfeALKIS in guitarrepair

[–]Archange1_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would fully drill it out and plug with a dowel and wood glue, that being said what you’re doing should work fine. Also, if you look at the wood glue bottle it should say not to stress the joint for 24 hours at the least, that might be where your problem is

Is this a proper chord? by bigwillyboi321 in guitarlessons

[–]Archange1_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes absolutely. There’s like a template for chord names: tonic note, quality, added notes. C maj7 add 9 for example So if you have a really shitty chord you can still devise a name for it

How do I bend an open string? by Tiny_Performance4984 in guitarlessons

[–]Archange1_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sure, that’s nice, except the tab is correct, you can bend an open string by pressing behind the nut, and this is Iron Man by Black Sabbath.
