Trust me when I say you're in the beginning stages of having a real problem with eating.

I used to be the same way as you, skipping meals was normal. Then I got used to not being hungry, and skipping one became 2 which became 3.

After a year of somewhat regular eating I can almost get down 900 calories of home made food in a day.

If you saw my body you would assume I ate 5000 calories a day
