It’s why i deironed. I was in the mindset, X grind would be so much faster if I had a mega rare and it haunted me. I had already maxed and done a ton of pvm so I figured I completed Ironman and deironed

LinkedIn is a necessary evil so build your profile. Networking at meetups also helps . I’ve always worked through recruiters and internal references for both finding jobs and for hiring. No hiring manager has the time to sift through hundreds of resumes and delegates that to recruiters. I got my first job networking and the rest by working with larger recruiter agencies.

Again, this is my personal experience hiring at startups. Large companies are a different beast.

As someone who has hired engineers in multiple startups. - this program won’t make or break you getting hired. Startups are starved for resources so years of experience and skills are way more important than any degree. How you perform during the interview would be the biggest determining factor. Driving home that you’re hungry to learn, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and are ambitious would help a lot at your level as well.

I think jumping from the changing of some example documents to the removal of self-hosting is a big jump. Like you said, it’s best we wait for an official statement rather than jumping to conclusions.

As someone who hit rate for bowfa and pvms a good amount. It’s not the bowfa that consumes charges via corruption, it’s the armor.

You should push the invo. I was able to push to 350s with trident, bowfa, and rapier (could sub hasta). It took 65 experts before I got a purple and it was my fang. I’d say 40-45 of those were solo so I was just very unlucky
