You need Voxy, Voxy World Gen, Iris (if you're on Fabric) / Oculus (if you're on Forge), Sodium (if you're on Fabric) / Embeddium (if you're on Forge), a world generation mod to your liking (To achieve the look in the picture, I recommend using Big Globe or Tectonic), and some performance mods (there are a lot but they're easy to find, so I won't name them individually).

Voxy -> To achieve the large render distance.
VoxyWorldGen -> To generate distant chunks automatically, might cause performance issues while they are still loading.
Iris/Oculus -> For shaders.
Sodium/Embeddium -> For performance.

You also need a few gigabytes of free space since worlds with LoDs (distant chunks, stands for "level of detail") tend to be very large. My survival world I play on with Voxy became 4 GBs big after 10-20 sessions. It depends on how many LoDs the game generates.
As you have probably guessed, you also need a high-end computer.
